پارک علم و فناوری خراسان یکی از بزرگترین پارک ها و اولین پارک توسعه یافته ایران است که در شهریور ماه 1381 با مصوبه شورای گسترش آموزش عالی فعالیت اجرایی خود را در زمینی به وسعت تقریبی 38 هکتار در اطراف شهر مشهد مقدس، در مجاورت شهرک صنعتی توس، آغاز نمود. رسالت راهبردی پارک علم و فناوری خراسان نفوذ فناوری در صنعت و جامعه و ایجاد ثروت از طریق ارتقاء فرهنگ نوآوری و افزایش قدرت رقابت در میان شرکت هایی است که بر پایه علم و دانش فعالیت می نمایند. برای نیل به این هدف پارک ماموریت دارد با مدیریت جریان دانش و فناوری و با ارائه خدمات و حمایت های ویژه، ایجاد و رشد شرکت های نوآور را از طریق مراکز رشد )انکوباتورها( تسهیل نماید.
Khorasan Science and Technology Park is one of the largest science and technology parks and the first developed park in Iran. It began its executive activities in September 2002, following the approval of the Council for the Expansion of Higher Education, on a site covering approximately 38 hectares located on the outskirts of the holy city of Mashhad, adjacent to the Toos Industrial Town.
The strategic mission of Khorasan Science and Technology Park is to promote the penetration of technology into industry and society and to create wealth by enhancing the culture of innovation and increasing the competitiveness of knowledge‑based companies.
To achieve this goal, the Park is tasked with managing the flow of knowledge and technology and, through the provision of specialized services and support, facilitating the establishment and growth of innovative companies via incubation centers (incubators).
